Just a short note to let you know that we were extremely pleased with the installation of our new computer systems to the offices.
It was completed in a very efficient manner and considering that it was a total upgrade of both the hardware and software, I cannot believe that we suffered no disruption whatsoever. The way you enabled our older database to run within the new system was something that worried me more than a little, but it works perfectly.
It was also very pleasing to be able to ask you to provide further services regarding our communications systems, then to have you turn up at very short notice to complete the work. It’s a real bonus to be able to work with a company that appreciates that we need a quick response when required. Even then, I never expected Jamie to agree to be here the next morning. That’s a good service.
