Pay as You Go Support

Pay as You Go Support is the most basic level of IT Support; You encounter a fault, contact our helpdesk and an engineer will work to investigate and resolve the issue. This can be conducted remotely or at site; in some incidences, both may be required.

The main disadvantage of Pay as You Go IT Support is the fact you can’t budget for your spend. This can have an adverse impact on cash flow and can result in a business paying more than is required for technical assistance.

At Simtech-IT we charge an hourly fee for our remote and onsite support, all onsite technical support incurs a mileage fee.

Our standard hourly rate is £37.50 + vat, we also charge a mileage fee of £0.45 per mile for onsite visits.
